Regenerative Agriculture Coordinator
Making giant leaf piles and jumping in them.

Definitely a bluebird. I could fly around all day, nap whenever I’d like in the bluebird boxes stationed around the farm, and catch a bug or two for a snack. What a life!
KC endeavors to forever adventure, explore, and have as much fun as possible in the process. She grew up across the street from an organic farm where she volunteered regularly. It was there where her passion for growing incredibly nutritious food and preserving the environment was cultivated. She decided to pursue her passion and acquired a BA in Environmental Studies from Queen’s University of Charlotte in North Carolina. While obtaining her degree she discovered the interconnectedness of nutrition, education, and the environment, and the effect it has on society. When she saw the position of regenerative agriculture coordinator posted, she jumped at the opportunity to influence a positive change in this area.
