Kate McGowan is a firm believer in the use of theatre to illuminate the human condition and highlight societal issues in a personal, hands-on fashion. A lifelong performer and artist, Kate uses these talents in playing “Minnie Dunning”, Mrs. Bolton’s younger sister, as well as periodically working our modern exhibits and serving as an Eco-Explorers captain. Kate was also privileged to write, act in and direct “The Dating Game” a short play about food product dating for our “Food for Thought” event. Outside of the foundation, Kate is an actor and costume designer pursuing her BA in Musical Theatre and Anglo-American Literature from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
