Tricia Hardin, Public Events and Interpretation Coordinator

Interpreter staff in costume at the National Colonial Farm

As an integral part of the historic interpretation program of the National Colonial Farm, Tricia coordinates the annual educational events like Children’s Day, Twilight Tales, and Winter’s Eve. She also works with volunteers interested in colonial interpretation and preserving heritage textile arts. Tricia is also a museum educator, leading school and group tours, and can often be found in costume as she portrays an 18th century middling tobacco farm character on the eve of the Revolution.
