If you’re a corporate employee, or a municipal or state employee, workplace giving programs are an important source of funding for the Accokeek Foundation and a convenient way for you to make your gift of financial support through payroll deduction. The Foundation participates in several workplace charity campaigns, including The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC #43499) and EarthShare® Mid-Atlantic. EarthShare is a national federation of America’s most respected environmental and conservation organizations, which offers a simple way to care for our health, water, air, land and wildlife with just one gift. The Foundation also is a partner agency of the United Way of Charles County and the United Way of the National Capital Area.
Double or Triple that Gift! Many companies offer to match donations made to charitable organizations by their employees. This is one of the best ways to double your giving and maximize the donations that we receive!
